Conditioning within Dance improves technique and performance in all dance genre’s by strengthening the body's core (abdominal and back muscles) whilst improving coordination, balance, and alignment including optimizing flexibility. in this class You'll learn to execute lifelong dance skills that allow for execution without the risk of injury.
